The tool shop focuses primarily on manufacturing of parts and molds for die casting and injections of plastic, manufacturing of pressing, cutting and punching tools. The manufacturing is based mainly on drawing and data documentation given by the customer. Tools shop is also able to provide its own design for the production documentation.
In tools manufacturing the following operations are used:
- cutting operation of hardly machined materials with hardness up to 67 HRC
- technology of conventional and CNC machining
- CNC machining by electroerosion on wire cutters and sinking machines
- manufacturing of graphite and copper electrode for operation of sinking
- interstage and output control on touch 3D measuring table
- contactless measurement by optical device
- 3D scan including reverse engineering
