Wire feeding is the most precise process of addition of small quantities of deoxidants, modifiers and alloying elements into cast iron.
VUHZ wire feeders are designed both for precise deoxidation by Al wire and feeding of all types of cored wire.
The assortment of these machines allows precise feeding of wires and cored wires with diameter from 8 to 16 mm in twotosix strands.
The feeders can be delivered together with required accessories, such as for example:
- telescopic feeding tubes (including water cooled)
- guide pipes with guiding rolls
- remote PLC or computer control
